Attiéké with Smoked Fish

This is an original and simple recipe to make. Smoked mackerel is the best choice. The dish is served with lightly crushed fresh chili, fresh tomatoes, and diced onions, along with a seasoned onion paste gently heated on low heat, and fried ground tomatoes seasoned to taste

Attiéké with Grilled Fish or Chicken

A friendly dish made with chicken or fish, accompanied by sliced tomatoes and onions seasoned with vinaigrette to your taste, along with separately crushed chili peppers and tomatoes, lightly heated and salted. The dish is enhanced by the presence of alloco (fried plantain slices).

Attiéké Garba ( Tuna fish)

Simply composed of steamed or gently heated attiéké with a sprinkle of water and salted to taste. It gets its name from the grilled tuna fish, and the dish is garnished with diced fresh chili peppers, tomatoes, onions, and vegetable oil.
